His Excellency Ambassador of Switzerland to Egypt Paul Garnier presented his credentials to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi during an official ceremony held at the Presidential Palace on October 2nd 2017.
On October 4th, Ambassador Garnier hosted more than 1000 invited guests celebrated Switzerland’s national day (traditionally held on August 1st) at the Swiss Residence.
In his speech Ambassador Garnier outlined the depth of the relationship between Egypt and the Swiss, evident through the many Swiss institutions in Egypt.
